Seen ON TV Central guarantees against manufacturer's defects for 30 days from date of delivery. You must call, write, or email us info@seenontvcentral.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and return address. Please have your order number available.. Once you have received an RMA # and return address, you may send the product back to us at your expense. We will send you a replacement at our expense - applicable within continental USA only. We can not blindly accept packages into our warehouse; if you do not have a RMA number on the box, we will not be able to accept it. Please be sure to obtain an RMA # prior to shipping returns. Never send a return via C.O.D. Our warehouse cannot accept them. PRODUCTS WITH MANUFACTURES WARRANTIES , which exceed 30 days, must be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions. UNWANTED PRODUCT : May be returned in some cases with prior authorization and a 25% restocking fee. SHIPPING DAMAGES or SHORTAGES : Have the carrier note any damages upon arrival. Inspect all packages and check the packing list to determine whether or not there are any shortages. If so, let us know immediately!
