If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your timely return of items In as received condition (unworn, unwashed, unused), or defective merchandise for a store credit of the original purchase price within 30 days of shipment date. Please contact us for a return authorization number within 3 days of receiving your order. With the Return Authorization, you can return your merchandise for a store credit / refund less shipping costs and restocking fees. There are no refunds unless the item is damaged beyond repair. Exceptions Merchandise over $300: These are high quality and special order in the size and color you choose. Returns displaying signs of wear, alteration such as sizing or engraving (by a jeweler other than LaMonir), or damaged merchandise will not be accepted for return. Used merchandise cannot be returned including defective items.
