Return Policy Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Should you find it necessary to return an item for a refund, please send your package to us via insured/prepaid US mail or UPS within 30 days of your invoice date. All tags must be attached to the garment in original form. ALL THONG BOTTOMS ARE FINAL SALE.Sale Items and custom items are exchangeable not refundable. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returned items. Due to Health Regulations we cannot take back worn or soiled swimwear. If we receive a soiled garment, we will ship it back and charge your account $10.00. EXCHANGES:To exchange an item, send back the return items, with hangtags attached, stating what you would like to receive in exchange to the address on the back of your invoice. To expedite your exchange and avoid delays you can call ahead with your exchange order and we will have it processed and ready to ship when your return comes back to us. exchanges@blueskyswimwear.com Please remit $5.95 to cover the postage and handling charges to reship your exchange within the Continental US. International exchange orders must remit $20.00. Exchanges going to Canada please remit $10.00.
