Hello Direct's Technical Support Specialists will do everything possible to help you. To return a product for exchange, company credit, or refund, call us at 1-800-444-3556 toll free within 30 days of the invoice date to receive a return authorization number.
Indicate your preference for exchange, company credit, or refund. Credit card refunds may be made only to the same card used for the original purchase. Please note: refund processing can take up to 4 weeks.
Repack the item in its original carton, with all manuals and other materials. The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the label and inside the box. The returned item must be received at the Hello Direct warehouse in New Hampshire within 2 weeks for the return authorization to be valid. Returns received with invalid, expired, or no return authorization number on the label will be refused and returned to you. Please note: Hello Direct reserves the right to charge a minimum 25% restocking fee if these return procedures are not followed. Liability for lost or damaged items belongs to the customers.
