Our basic shipping options include FedEx Ground or USPS (United States Postal Service) delivery dependent upon the product you are purchasing. In many cases we offer free FedEx ground, please refer to the product page to determine if your item qualifies. We currently do not offer FedEx Ground service or free shipping to Hawaii or Alaska. We ship to APO's and FPO's via USPS. If you do not see this option available, please call our customer service team to make sure your order is delivered properly.

Oversized items (such as large televisions & tower speakers) ship via motor freight to the 48 contiguous states only. OneCall requires a signature when your package is delivered. This is a safety measure designed to ensure that you receive your order. For example, if your package is simply left outside without your signature, the potential for loss increases considerably. We will be happy to ship to your place of business or another location that is more convenient for you. You can change your Ships To location for any or all of the items in your cart. Although we do not recommend it, if you would like to accept full liability for the delivery of your package(s), you may elect to waive the Required Signature in your shopping cart. However, if your package is delivered without a Signature Required, you will still be liable, even if the package is gone when you get home.

All Returns Require Prior Authorization. Please call 1.888.427.2310 for a Return Authorization Number. Any item returned without authorization will be refused.

Return Of New Items OneCall allows you to return any new, factory-sealed and unopened merchandise within 30 days of your purchase date. You may choose a full-credit product exchange or a full credit by the same means payment was made. Refund or exchange issued for amount of merchandise only. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Return Of Defective Items OneCall allows you to return defective merchandise within 30 days of your purchase date. You may choose a full-credit product exchange or a full credit by the same means payment was made. Refund or exchange issued for amount of merchandise only. Please include a detailed written description of the defect and how to replicate the problem. Opened merchandise found to be non-defective will be subject to a minimum 15 percent restocking fee. Additional fees may be assessed for missing hardware. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Packaging Your Return
Returned merchandise must include all factory packed accessories in the original carton with all UPC and Bar Codes intact. Incomplete returns will receive a reduced credit reflecting any missing accessories. Return merchandise must be double boxed with no writing on the manufacturer's box. Your Return Authorization Number must be displayed prominently on the outside of the shipping box.

Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for shipping any return product to our warehouse. In the case that you exchange a defective product for a new product, OneCall will provide and pay for the outbound shipping for replacement merchandise. Returned merchandise must arrive no later than 30 days after we provide you with a Return Authorization Number.

Processing Time
