At SmartBargains we stand behind our products 100%. So, if you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, simply ship it back to us according to the directions below for a full refund of your purchase price (this does not include your original shipping and handling fees). No prior authorization is needed.
Please return the item to us right away.
We must receive your returned purchase within 30 days of our original ship date in order to issue the full refund to your credit card. You can find the original ship date on the packing slip that is sent along with your order. The date may also be located online in Order Status .
Late Return Policy
If your item is returned to us beyond the 30-day window that is allowed in our hassle-free return policy, the return, if accepted, will result in a $7.95 per item late handling fee. Unfortunately, SmartBargains will refuse for return all electrical/battery-powered products that are received by us beyond our hassle-free 30-day returns period; all such returns will be sent back to the customer.
Final Sale Merchandise
Certain deeply discounted merchandise has been marked on the site with a Final Sale tag. In these cases, the prices are so low that we cannot accept the merchandise for return. Final Sale items are clearly marked throughout the site.
Directions for Returning an Item:Please make sure that you are returning the item so that it is received within 30 days of its original shipment date. This date is on our packing list as well as on the Order Status area of the site. All returns must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of the original shipment date.

Please fill out the "Reason for Return" section on the front of the original packing slip. Products must be returned with the SmartBargains packing slip enclosed in the box. Shipments received without the SmartBargains packing slip are subject to a $4.95 handling fee per item.
For faster processing of your return and credit, please use the SmartBargains return address label with barcode printed at the bottom of the packing slip.
Pack up the merchandise you are returning, including the packing slip. To qualify for a refund, any returned item must be in its original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. All packages, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. We cannot accept products for return if packaging is not in its original purchase condition. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you, and, unfortunately, we will not be able to issue you your credit.

Returning Fine Jewelry:
We accept the return of any undamaged jewelry that has not been worn, used, or sized. Before packaging any fine jewelry for delivery, we carefully inspect, appraise, and certify each item. Upon return receipt, we once again inspect all jewelry before issuing any refunds, exchanges, or credits. Merchandise that does not match our records will not be accepted. Certain fine jewelry requires additional return shipping precautions. These items must be sent prepaid and fully insured for the purchase price against loss in transit via trackable carrier. All items requiring this procedure will be clearly marked as such.
As mandated by US health codes, swimsuits must be in new, never-worn condition with all tags and protective inner lining intact to be accepted for return. Swimsuits that have been worn may not be returned.
Software must be in its original, unopened package to be accepted for return. In addition, software items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. Software returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
