The Staub 9.5" Saute Pan is well suited for sauteing vegetables or braising meat. The new honeycomb enameled surface insures great food release with minimal oil. The pan also comes with a matching cast iron lid. Staub products are enameled on the inside and out, including the black matte finish. No seasoning is required for enameled cast iron and it will not react to acidic foods.
