We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, for that reason we offer a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase with free return shipping from anywhere in the United States. We ask that you please check your shipment carefully when you receive it and report any damages or discrepancies as soon as possible. You can be refunded for the full price of Merchandise (Less S&H) or exchange for an item of equal or lesser value. To make a return, please contact SkyeSterling customer service to receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) and prepaid return shipping label for the item(s) you wish to return. You can email service@skyesterling.com or call 1-800-216-6093. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response. If you do not see a response within that time, please check any junk mail or spam folders as our emails occasionally end up there. Once an RMA# is obtained, please package item(s) securely, including the original packing slip, and the reason for the return. Please allow 3-7 days for your return to be processed once we receive it. Note: All items must be in their original packaging. Items may returned for a full refund of the purchase price, plus any applicable sales tax, within 30 days of the invoice date. If you paid with a credit card, the debited amount will be returned to the card number. If you paid by money order, a company check will be sent to you after we have received the product. Please note that the shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless it is our shipping error. Damaged Items: If any item is damaged during shipment, please store it in a safe place and contact us immediately so we can file a claim with our carrier. Do not return the item to us. We will replace a product if defective, or any errors/mistakes made by us during the shipping process.
