Return Policy Returns and Exchanges Policy
We want you to be 100% happy with the purchase for your special baby. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in its original condition and packaging, for a refund, exchange or store credit within 21 days of receipt of the item. Simply call us within 21 days of receipt of the item and we will give you a return authorization number.
All personalized and custom-made items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and cannot be cancelled once your order has been placed with the Designer.
Once we receive your return, we will issue you a refund credit to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Gifts may be exchanged, returned for store credit, or credited back to purchaser's credit card. We cannot issue a refund to the gift recipient. Custom-made and personalized items are not returnable.
Please call or email us for the Return Address. Sometimes items need to be returned to the manufacturer directly, and not to Bliss Living. If you ship it to the wrong address, you will be charged for the re-shipping fee.
Please read the following for more details.
- Shipping charges cannot be refunded. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- The returned product must be in new and unused condition and in the original box with all the documentation, parts and accessories to insure full credit. Tags must be uncut and still attached.
- If you choose to return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item minus the appropriate shipping costs as outlined in the Shipping Information section.
- Hand painted, personalized and custom-made items require payment in full upon order and cannot be returned, as they are crafted to your personal specifications. If you wish to cancel a custom order, it must be cancelled before the order is placed with the Designer. If you are unsure if an item is returnable, please call us for more details before placing order.
- If an exception is made for returning a custom-made item, a restocking fee may apply. Please call us for more details before placing order.
- We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage since we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
