We want to make returns as easy as possible. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused merchandise in undamaged packaging within 30 days of receiving the order. Carefully re-package any item you want to return and ship to the following address:

Store Credit - Please include an email address where we can send your credit code
Refund - Credit card on file will be credited
Please note that you may need to file a claim with the return carrier if the package is damaged upon receipt.
If you choose a refund, upon receipt of the item, we will reimburse you for the amount that applies to the item(s) along with any applicable sales tax. Shipping and handling charges will not be reimbursed unless the return is a result of our error or the product is defective. If you refuse delivery of an order, we will deduct the return shipping charge from your refund. If you are missing any parts, please call 1-800-471-0641 to request the missing parts instead of returning the entire order.
During the Holiday Season, we extend our 30-Day Return Policy to cover any gifts that might be ordered. Orders placed from November 8th through December 31st may be returned until January 31st.
Canceling or modifying an order.
AreYouGame.com is committed to providing fast and reliable processing of your order. In order to achieve this goal, we begin processing your order within hours of receiving it. As a result of this, changes to your order including cancellations are in most cases impossible. If you need to make a change to your order or cancel it outright, please call us at 1-800-471-0641. We will try our best to accommodate your request.
Please note that we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been sent to our warehouse. If you need to cancel or modify an order after this stage, please refer to our Returns section for instructions on how to return any unwanted merchandise.
