Return Policy All shipped items are subject to this policy. Items shipped to Canada are not returnable. Monogrammed and personalized items may not be returned unless they are damaged.Fragrances and fragrance items are not returnable.Books that are backordered may take two to four weeks for delivery and are not returnable. If you do not want a book placed on backorder please call 1-800-286-4203.All items eligible for return must meet the following conditions: Date of return request must be no later than 30 days past date of order.You must have a return authorization number issued by Avant Guarde Mall customer service. Items returned without a return authorization will not be processed and a refund will not be issued. Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable. For your security, please return items with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS) and retain your receipt. Avant Guarde Mall is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. If the item is found to have a manufacturing fault or was damaged in shipping, we will also refund the postage costs. If a purchased item includes a product guarantee or warranty, follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement. |
