I ordered a bottle & mine was all melted together. I tried to contact the comapny & 7 days later still have not been contacted. I was only able to pry apart 8 of the soft gels. I would NOT recomend this product because the company will not stand behind it.

This is my first month on TLS and I take this product as directed everyday. I am finding that this product is curbing my appetite and I have increased my spinning bike regimine. So I continue this we'll see how it goes..
