Taylor Connoisseur Series Connoisseur Meat Thermometer The Connoisseur Meat Thermometer measures temperatures from 120 – 220 degrees F. The thermometer has a 2 1/4" viewing dial for easy reading and a dual pointer indicates the numeric temperature as well as the corresponding meat selection on opposite sides of the dial, so you'll always know when your roast or other meat dish is cooked. Stainless steel construction and silicone grips allow for safe and easy handling, and the innovative shape and design ensures the thermometer will not roll off countertops when not in use and it comes with a stem case with a convenient pocket clip.
