No box (nbd), no manual (turns out I did not need it once I got it on the network and that was easy), no HDMI (i had one). 		"I was first hyped when they contacted me after placing my order to make sure it was the right video card I ordered. When I received the order the hype was gone. The card was missing the HDTV outlet which was not stated. The funny thing is that the package even says there is a HDTV outlet but the back of the card just does not have it. Very disappointing. I called to ask if they can get me another but by the time they were sold out. Customer service was also very unfriendly for they had screwed up. So basically I am stuck with that card or my money. I would not complain but this is a silent video card which are hard to get. They should really review their postings and improve their quality control." Date: 5/26/11
