Orders over 15 lbs. that are shipped Premium or Express will incur additional delivery charges.

Premium
Items shipped via premium delivery usually take 2 to 3 business days to arrive at their destination once they've been shipped. Orders received on weekends or holidays will ship on the next business day.
Premium delivery is not available for orders shipped to Canadian or International addresses.

Express
Items shipped via express delivery usually take 1 to 2 business days to arrive at their destination once they've been shipped. Orders received on weekends or holidays will ship on the next business day.
Express delivery is not available for orders shipped to Canadian International addresses.

Oversized Items
Oversized items scheduled for expedited delivery (Premium or Express) may incur additional shipping and services charges because of their unusual size. Please call 1-800-321-1484 for an estimate of S&S charges. International callers, please call 1-513-860-3397.

Factory Direct Items
If an item is marked with a Factory Direct icon, it is shipped directly from the manufacturer. Delivery time and charges on these items may vary and Premium or Express Delivery is not available.
