"After pursuing a degree in business administration, Chef Will Mathias pursued his passion for cooking by attending the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. In his 25+ year career he has worked in various restaurants in Louisiana, Texas, Virginia, New York, and Connecticut before settling in Bucks County in 1989. The menus reveal the chef's Southern roots, classical training, and familiarity with the diversity and variety of American regional cuisine. The offerings encompass a broad spectrum of choices, including classical French, Spanish, Southern, and Asian cuisines, with options to please all palates. The Inn's location in Bucks County allows for easy access to local meats and produce.
