We stand behind every product we sell. Should an error occur with your order, please return the incorrect product for a replacement. To return your item we require you to first contact us for a return shipping and postage label. This will allow us to re-ship the correct product at our expense. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will accept any items (minus shipping and handling fees originally paid on your order) back providing it is in a saleable condition, within 30 days of the original invoice date. We will not reimburse you for mailing this item back. We ask that returned products be in a "like new" condition. All items returned MUST be sealed in its original packing & protective film. We regret that we are unable to accept any calendar or poster back that have been opened unless there is a printing defect within the calendar. If there is a defect with the product we will willingly exchange it for the same item.
