The Proceedings of the Sixteenth West Coast Conference on Formal Linguistics

This book collects the papers presented at the Sixteenth West Coast Conference on Formal Linguistics, held at the University of Washington Feb. 28-Mar 2, 1997. Included are more than thirty contributions representing the most recent original research from an international group of generative linguists.
