How do I return merchandise?
You need not call us to return an order or an item. Simply follow the steps below:
Merchandise should be returned in new condition and in original packaging, if possible.
Fill out the information requested on the back of the packing slip included with your order. Please circle the reason code for the return or give a description of the problem for each item you are returning. Indicate whether you want an exchange, replacement, or refund. If you do not have your original packing slip, please include a note with your name, address, phone number (in case we have questions), order number (if you have it), and the reason for the return.
If you choose to exchange the item for an item of greater value any difference in price, plus nominal postage, will be charged to your credit card. If you choose an item of lesser value you will be refunded the difference.

Within 2-4 weeks, we will send you a refund check or credit your charge card (less any applicable shipping charges) depending on your original method of payment. We only refund shipping and handling charges if we made an error with your order.
