Defective / Damaged Merchandise
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact Customer Service within 5 days of delivery.� Please inspect all items carefully upon delivery.�� Any visible damage must be noted at time of delivery to file a shipping claim.�
Ordered Wrong Item or Changed your Mind
Whether you ordered the wrong item or you've changed your mind, simply contact us within 15 days of receipt of the item.�� We will be happy to provide a refund for any items you do not want.�� A restocking fee of 15% will apply.� Please note, you will not be credited for the shipping charges and you will be responsible for return freight charges.� Not all items are covered by our return policy.� Be sure to check the list of items for which we cannot accept returns due to manufacturer policies.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We are unable to accept returns for the following items:�� opened software (may be exchanged for identical title only), memory/RAM, electronics, consumable/food products, medical items, china, vacuum cleaners and Arrow or Duramax sheds.�

Return Process
Returning an item is simple.� Contact our Customer Service department via email or call us toll-free at (800) 680-0859 and one of our friendly Customer Service Representatives will take care of everything for you.

If you are not happy and merchandise is unopened or in new condition with original packaging (this includes all components, manuals, accessories, etc.) we will be happy to process an exchange or refund.�

If item being returned is not defective or damaged, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

IMPORTANT:�� Obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER and Return Address.� We are unable to accept unauthorized returns, so please be sure to contact our Customer Service Department prior to returning any items to us.

Reason for Return Request

Clearly mark your Return Authorization number on the shipping label of your return package.� DO NOT WRITE ON THE BOX ITSELF OR THE MANUFACTURER MAY DENY THE RETURN.

Mail your returned items to the address provided by our Customer Service Department.

The goods associated with your Return Authorization must be post-dated within 7 days of Return Authorization issuance.

No returns will be accepted on merchandise returned over 30 days from the issuance of the Return Authorization number.

We strongly suggest the use of a shipping method that can track packages.� You are responsible for properly insuring the item(s) being returned.

Return credit is issued only for product total and does not include shipping and/or handling charges.

Return credit will only be issued to items returned in resellable condition.

Return labels for defective or damaged items must be printed within 10 days and are valid for 25 days from date of customer receipt.� If the return label is not used within the 25 day timeframe, the Return Authorization and associated refund will be canceled.� You will be responsible for any costs related to the reshipment of merchandise.

RECEIVING YOUR REFUND
Credits are typically posted to your credit card within 15-20 days after we receive the returned merchandise.� This allows for 5 days of processing at our warehouse, up to 5 days of processing for our Returns Department and up to 10 days of processing by your financial institution.� You can check the status of your return at any time by contacting one of our friendly Customer Service Representatives.� *To expedite your refund, email your package tracking number to returns@restockit.com.

Thermaltake DOKKER Mid Tower - ATX (Each)

With the DOKKER mid-tower chassis Thermaltake is expanding their successful series of docking station chassis into the mainstream segment. The convenient dual-use single HDD docking station right on the front top of the case can accommodate one 3.5" or 2.5" SATA drive as needed. This hot-swap mechanism allows for fastest on-the-go data transfers without the need to install any software or hardware. As is custom with Thermltake cases, the DOKKER also provides for excellent airflow with the option to install up to 7 fans. A whooping 10 drives can be installed, while the HDD drive bays offer an anti-vibration design, guaranteeing a silent computing experience. The stylish metal-mesh front panel accelerates cold air intake and therefore dramatically increases overall cooling. At the rear top of the DOKKER, where inside heat usually accumulates most, a 120 cm blue LED fan with 1300 RPM warrants for swift heat exhaust while at the same time creating a unique ambiance. As this case supports even the latest high-end graphics cards up to a length of 12.5" (e. G. ATI 5970) the left side panel has an area with pre-drilled ventilation holes where yet one more fan can be installation in order to specifically cool down the graphics cards configuration. This brings it down to a total of 7 possible cooling fans. For those who prefer even more powerful cooling, the DOKKER is ready for liquid cooling setups with two holes for 1/2", 1/8" and 1/4" water tubes in back. Also reserved liquid cooling hole supports high-performance 24cm, 12cm water cooling radiator. An extra large motherboard tray hole design allows for easy removal/exchange of CPU coolers. As the DOKKER provides massive storage capability with 3 x 5.25", 1 x 3.5" and 5 x 3.5", 1 x2.5" HDD/SSD bays, reserved holes for cable routing management are an substantial part of this chassis. Pre-installed dust filters for fan, PSU and 5.25" drive bays can avoid outside dust to find its way into your power supply and chassis. Especially the dust filter underneath the PSU is easily removable and cleanable.
