		"Items were not received within the 2-5 business day delivery estimate. All attempts to get information about my order via calling their customer service line were met with an automated voice mail system. My messages were never returned. I did not receive an e-mail notification (or any other notification) that my package had been shipped. "24/7 Order Support" line turned out to be a Monday-Thursday business hours support line, and even then, they didn't have enough staff to have someone available to take my call. Happy with the product, disappointed with the service." Date: 3/19/13
