Before wearing your new purchases outside, please be sure to try them on in a clean, preferably carpeted, order free (ex: cigarette smoke free) environment. This will help to keep your items in the most desirable condition, if it happens that a return or exchange is needed. Please make sure the items fit properly and feel comfortable.
We're proud to offer a 365-day return/exchange policy. As long as your items maintain their original appearance and packaging, you may return them within 365 days of purchase. Items returned within the first 30 days are eligible for a refund. Items returned thereafter are eligible for an exchange, or store credit. Neither include the cost of return shipping. However, if the need for an exchange or refund is due to the fault of Virtual Exchanges, inc. the customer will not be required to pay return shipping.

Please request and complete the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form and send it back to Virtual Exchanges, inc. along with your purchased items in their original packaging.
RMA requests can be made by e-mailing Returns@VirtualExchanges.com.
If fault lies with Virtual Exchanges, inc. please call or e-mail in order to get a return label for your items. If the fault does not lie with Virtual Exchanges, inc. you may return the items using whichever shipping method you find to be the most reliable.
We always suggest getting package tracking and delivery confirmation no matter which delivery service is used- however the cost for these additional services will not be refunded in any case.
Please package the item the way it was originally shipped to you. If you are returning shoes, please be sure to put the shoe box inside of another box to ship. Using the shoe box as the primary shipping box will result in a $15 fee.
Please take note that, in the case of an elective exchange, a $10 fee will be assessed. This fee must be paid before the secondary item is shipped.
If you do need an exchange, please place an order for your new items by e-mail (via Returns@VirtualExchanges.com,) letting the customer service representative know that this is in conjunction with an exchange.
Please allow up to one week for a refund to be processed after your returned items have been received by Virtual Exchanges, inc. All refunds will be issued using the original payment method. For example, if the original order was paid for by PayPal, the refund will be made to your PayPal account. If the payment was originally made by credit/debit card, please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to post.
