If you would like to return or exchange merchandise please follow the instructions on the return form included with your order.
Send your return/exchange via the US or Canadian Postal Service only. Returns must be received within 30 days of the shipment date along with the enclosed return form. Address the package to: HisRoom.com Returns, P.O. Box 671269, Dallas TX 75367.
If you choose to use the prepaid Merchandise Return Label that is included with your order then the cost of this label will be calculated at the time of Return or Exchange. The price of the label is noted on the label itself and there is no need to use the PO Box address above. Just use the label.
We strongly urge you to use certified or insured mail, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail. If returning a gift, please provide us with the name and address of the gift-giver.
By law, intimate garments containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been tried on or worn. These returned items are given a biological test before any credit is issued.
PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 WEEKS FOR US TO RECEIVE AND PROCESS YOUR RETURN. It may be faster on Exchanges to place a separate order online and then instruct us to do a return to get the desired item faster.
We will refund the value of the item returned and any taxes that you were charged.
If you request an exchange for an item(s), standard-shipping rates will apply to the re-shipment. The shipping and handling will be based on the value of the reshipment. Please see our schedule of rates online at HerRoom.com. This amount will be billed to the original credit card used in the purchase, unless otherwise requested. All return item(s) must be in original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging (if any).
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. There will be no return charge if we have shipped the wrong item or it is defective.
If you received free shipping on your purchase an $8.00 shipping fee will be assessed if any items are returned for a refund.
Returns received after 30 days will be subject to a $10.00 or 20% re-stocking fee (whichever is higher), if accepted. HisRoom.com reserves the right to refuse returns on any items after 30 days.
