Return Policy

Cancellation Policy:

We do not cancel orders pre-shipment at this time. Our goal is to ship orders as soon as possible so we have set up our system to automatically process your order as fast as possible. For that reason, once an order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled. If an error is made, we need you to accept the package and request a return authorization to return the package (if our return policy allows) for a refund.

Please be sure that you want to make the purchase before submitting the order!

Orders refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees including a return fee, our shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee. Please - Always provide a valid phone number so that we can contact you to schedule delivery.

Freight & Shipping Charge Policy

All items sold by UnbeatableSale.com have a set shipping charge based on items weight. Most items ordered from unbeatablesale.com are shipped via UPS. Please allow 3-8 Business days for your order to ship and for any additional transit time.

There will be a $15 Surcharge to reroute any package for any reason.

Furniture and Special delivery items may take additional processing time. If there is an unexpected delay or if any item is on back order, we will email you to let you know. Extra heavy items such as furniture will be shipped via courier, or Truck Freight and may take some extra time to arrive. Please allow at least 1-2 weeks for all furniture items to ship. If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations. We do not charge you extra shipping for split shipments. Many of our items have FREE SHIPPING, but this policy applies only to items marked as free shipping, and being shipped to the continental United States.

Return Policy:

Unbeatablesale.com has a money back guaranty on products returned within 30 days. In order to receive proper credit on your return, please contact us for an RA. Once you receive an RA all items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns after 30 days. If the package is refused or returned without our issuing of an RA or without the RA # on it, a restocking fee will be applied. We will be unable to refund your cost of the original shipping if you decide that you do not want the order after it has already been submitted. Please note: We do not issue prepaid return labels. All returns must be in their original carton with all packing material intact. All returns must be sent freight prepaid by the customer and insured. If the items is damaged in transit or DOA an exchange will be made or refund issued.

PLEASE NOTE:

For all furniture items we will replace any parts that are damaged but the item may notbe returned if you changed your mind.

We will not accept returns on Sports related autographed Memorabilia and Collectables or on any custom made items such as any customized car mats or childrens furniture.

We will not accept returns on any Shavers, Personal Care items, Cosmetics or Intimate products that have been opened.

We will not accept returns on any Costumes purchased from Aug. 1 until Oct 30. - after October 30. Also, We will not accept any returns at all for any Wigs, Makeup, Tights or Shoes that have been worn. Please note that costume styles can change without notice due to a change in the manufacturer's production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience. As part of our hassle free return policy you can return any item that doesn't meet your full satisfaction.

Delivery and Damaged Shipments

Fully inspect all deliveries before signing the receipt even if you do not plan on opening the carton right away. If you do not call us within 7 days of receipt of the item to let us know about shipping damage, we will not be able to refund you.

Write down any visible damage such as box crushed, torn, creased and other circumstances about the delivery.

If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material. Call our customer service department immediately at (888) 657-8436.

Do most people call their recipient and ask what was in their basket? If I hadn?t, UnbeatableSales would have gotten away with this. Their excuse? The product pictured and the description was incorrect. Their resolution since the basket was opened? If you order a basket and send it out of town, make sure you?re willing to call the recipient to see if they got what you ordered them and if they are willing to box it back up, stand in line at the post office, and ship it back if it?s wrong. Just as high quality as the Model # 4101 but without the granite. This model also incorporate a lower profile 3/4" solid hardwood top providing a very large cutting surface. Rolling dough has never been easier. Carve with confidence the largest turkey slab of beef or rack of lamb. Slice dice or julienne fresh fruit and vegetables. Compact mobile and efficient our Kitchen Island is a must in every kitchen. Constructed from durable easy to clean stain resistant melamine laminated particle board it incorporates highly popular beadboard panels and doors. The 3 cubby drawers are interchangeable with the 3 cubby holes. You choose the configuration. Large storage area behind the front door is right next to an open compartment ideally suited to large serving trays. The rear of the cabinet doubles as a kitchen pantry. It features a built-in paper towel holder over twin swing-out pocket doors. Great for canned goods spices etc. Wooden dowels provide non-slip security. Long utensils including barbeque knives and tongs may be stored inside out of the way on 3 handy hooks. Not one but 2 wooden towel holders are at the ready.
