To return an item to our company, please follow the steps below:
 

1. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
2. All items must be returned in their original condition; All tags must still be attached to the product. Any products that have appeared to be worn will be examined and either returned to the customer or charged a re-stocking fee.
3. All products carry a limited Manufacturers warranty.  Please contact the manufacturer for warranty info.
4. Retain the invoice portion for your records.
5. Fill out Merchandise Return Form completely (form included). Enclose it with the merchandise you're returning to ensure proper credit.
6. Ship your package to Beach Bums Returns by USPS, UPS, or other service.
7. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your returned merchandise. We'll credit or refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding shipping and handling). Allow two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement. Credit card companies vary in the time it takes for a credit to appear on your monthly statement.

We cannot refund your original shipping charges. The returned merchandise will be credited to your credit card. We will deduct  original item amount from your order.
