Paintball-Online.com offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on all new and unused merchandise (excluding paintballs), in its original packaging. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Used products may not be returned. "Use" is defined as any attempt to open packaging, fire, install, wear or wash. All paintball pellet (paintballs) sales are final and will not be accepted for return (Breakage / damage is insured in shipment). Please contact carrier immediately and save packaging if damage is noted on parcel. Shipping costs for returns / exchanges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping costs will not be refunded on returns or refused packages. Defective merchandise must be returned / repaired / replaced / exchanged through the manufacturer. All manufacturers provide at least a 90-day (some offer 1 full year) parts and labor warranty on paintball guns. Please review the product owner's manual before use and register your product for warranty.
