Like the hand operated snap cutters, hydraulic cutters are not rotated around pipe. Remote operated hydraulic pumps provide the required power. A 2 to 3 minimum clearance is all that is needed to wrap cutter chain around pipe. Comes complete with pump, hose and case. Also known as 2990-6.
