We get very few returns, and in order to operate efficiently CANNON SPORTS has a firm return policy. Please cooperate for our mutual benefit. We only accept merchandise with a return authorization number from us. When an error is ours, we will arrange a pick-up and we will pay return freight charges as well as the freight to you for replacement. In all fairness, if the error was yours, we ask you to return the merchandise in saleable condition and to pay all the freight bills and incur a 20% restocking fee. This is the same standard we live under with our manufacturers. Food items may not be returned.
