Polart will exchange merchandise found to be defective upon initial use, or which was shipped in error, within 15 days of invoice purchase date. Detailed, bilingual (Polish/English) return instructions are printed on the reverse side of your invoice. Defective hardware will be replaced or repaired at our discretion. Any item purchased will be replaced for the same title or item ONLY if a defective one was sent to you. All merchandise authorized for return must be in original factory condition, and must include all packing materials, warranty cards (not filled out), manuals and accessories. Please ship your package to us via insured and prepaid U.S. mail or UPS. We do not issue call tags for shipping merchandise back to us, regardless of the reason. To have your return accepted, please call us between the hours of 9:00AM and 5:00PM, EST, Monday through Friday at 941 927-8873.
Please have a copy of your invoice handy so you may provide us with the following information:
Your name, address and phone number
Your Polart customer number
The title of the merchandise.
The invoice number
A brief description of the defect.We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) which MUST be written on the outside of the package, next to the Polart mailing address, when you return the item.
Merchandise must be received by Polart within 30 days from the date of the issuance of the RMA. If not, the RMA will be voided and the shipment will be refused. The RMA is good only for the merchandise originally listed.
Authorized returns are exchanged only for the same title/item.
No cash refunds. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging without seals, stickers or evidence of use. Allow 2-3 weeks for the return processing. Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be returned to you.
If product has been purchased from one of our dealers, please contact them to process the return according to their return policy.
On merchandise that has been authorized for return and is unused or unopened, there is a fee of 15% of the purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
