The Deluxe Universal Kayak Carrier uses two oversized (18' long x 4" wide) blocks that provide increased grip and stability, including for wider boats. Blocks have a non-slip, non-marking bottom surface. Tie down system includes two 15' x 1" web straps with cam buckles and four steel hooks, for bow and stern tie down, and one 15' x 1" web strap with cam buckle for center tie down. The blocks are also slit to allow them to serve as kayak cradles when placed on existing "factory" roof rack bars. Packaged in a handy reusable mesh storage bag. This kit will accommodate both standard and wider recreational kayaks and keep your boat secure for interstate travel.
