The combination of an organic diet and the ability to roam freely outdoors produces a very juicy, flavorful bird for your holiday feast. Quantities are limited. A Williams-Sonoma exclusive.To determine what size turkey you'll need, we recommend that you plan on 1 1/4 lb. per person; for a party of ten, for instance, you should order a 12 1/2 lb. turkey. To ensure leftovers, plan on ordering 1 1/2 lb. per person. Thanksgiving turkeys arrive the Tuesday before Thanksgiving; please place your order by noon (PST) November 20 for Thanksgiving delivery. Christmas turkeys arrive the Tuesday before Christmas; please place your order by noon (PST) December 19 for Christmas delivery.
