For your convenience we enclose a prepaid Priority Mail return label. $6.95 will be deducted from your refund for using this service. Returns should be accompained by a packing list. Without a packing list, a merchandise credit will be issued for the current price of the item(s) returned. We care about your feedback, so please take a moment and let us know the reason for your return in the appropriate spot on the packing slip. Sorry we cannot accept returns on personalized/monogrammed items or Beauty (skincare, make-up) that have been more than 20% consumed. Should you desire an exchange, please use the convenient shipping lable included in your package. We'll pay the bill and ship your new size or color for FREE.
