Zwilling J.A. Henckels 8-in. Twin Cuisine Carving Knife.
This 8-in. carving knife is a full tang knife that has no rivets like most other kitchen cutlery. Instead, it's just a smooth, seamless flow of steel and polypropylene, contoured to fit nicely in the hand. This carving knife is just one of the many knives in this full line from Henckels. It features a one-piece forged, FRIODUR ice-hardened blade with a pointed end for helping remove meat from the bone when carving meat, pork or poultry.

All TWIN® Cuisine knives are manufactured using the traditional hot drop forged process, due to the exclusive horizontal tang design. Features are:

  • One piece construction
  • Heavy weight-durable
  • FRIODUR® ice hardened for maximum no-stain properties and more blade strength
