Ken Goldstein - Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board

Ken Goldstein is Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of SHOP.COM, providing the strategy and vision to achieve the company's mission of being a market leader and recognized innovator in driving forward the experience of online consumer commerce. Known for his leadership and creative expertise, Goldstein joined the company in June 2006.

Previously, Goldstein served as executive vice president and managing director of Disney Online, the business unit of the Walt Disney Internet Group that produced the No. 1 entertainment destination for kids and families on the World Wide Web. Goldstein was responsible for all creative, technical, marketing, and financial initiatives surrounding the presence of the Disney brand on the Internet. Prior to Disney, Goldstein served as Broderbund Software's vice president of entertainment and founding general manager of the company's Red Orb Entertainment division. Before the formation of Red Orb Entertainment at Broderbund, he was responsible for all aspects of development on the highly acclaimed Carmen Sandiego series while supervising brand development through three television series and broad expansion of an international merchandising program. Prior to Broderbund, Goldstein worked as a designer/producer at Philips Interactive Media and Cinemaware Corporation, and for several years as a screenwriter and television executive. Goldstein is very active in children's welfare issues throughout California. He currently sits on the boards of trustees of Hathaway-Sycamores Child and Family Services as well as the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Greater Los Angeles. Goldstein received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University.

Bruce Sellers - President, co-Founder

In 2004, Bruce Sellers co-founded SHOP.COM with Lee Lorenzen in order to create a marketplace to help consumers more efficiently shop on the Web. Previously, Sellers served as executive vice president of sales and marketing for CatalogCity.com. Today, Sellers shares responsibility for SHOP.COM's day-to-day operations with CEO Ken Goldstein.

Prior to SHOP.COM, Sellers had an impressive 20-year history during which he was a senior executive in a series of successful entrepreneurial start-ups. In particular, he was part of the original executive team that launched the QVC Network in 1986, and was directly responsible for growing the network's distribution to more than 50 million homes that generated more than $1.5 billion in annual revenue. Other successes include the PRISM Network (now Comcast Sports Net), American Movie Classics, and America's Health Network (now Discovery Health). He attended the University of Alabama and has held several positions with industry organizations and boards, including the Pennsylvania Cable Television Association and the New Jersey Television Association.

David Morrison - Chief Financial Officer

With more than 25 years of executive experience solving complex business problems in a range of industries, David Morrison joined SHOP.COM as CFO in 2006.

Previously, he served as CFO of Heller Ehrman, LLP an international law firm. Independently, Morrison founded The Ladder Group, a Menlo Park, Calif.-based corporate turnaround organization. Morrison also served as executive vice president and CFO of Consolidated Freightways Corporation, where he was responsible for corporate finance, business planning, information technology, financial reporting, tax, internal control and administration. He was vice president and treasurer of CNF Inc., where he most notably led the public spin-off of the company's largest subsidiary, Consolidated Freightways. Morrison also executed a variety of innovative and complex private and public financings while serving as treasurer of McKesson Corp. He held a variety of general management, finance, planning and business development posts at CNF and Federal Express/Tiger International and its subsidiaries. Morrison received his bachelor's degree from Stanford University and his Master's in Business Administration degree from the University of Southern California. Morrison, a former Trustee of the $20 billion Central States Teamsters Pension Fund, is currently a member of Financial Executives International and the Turnaround Management Association.

Julie Culver - General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

In 2006, Julie Culver joined SHOP.COM after 20 years of experience practicing law in both the public and private sectors. As SHOP.COM’s General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Culver is responsible for oversight of matters of corporate governance and record keeping. She also drives the legal strategy for SHOP.COM." In addition, Culver serves as the company's chief privacy officer.

Most recently, Culver spent the past seven years as a corporate attorney for a number of technology start-up companies. A former Deputy District Attorney, Culver was a highly-effective prosecutor who received the Prosecutor of the Year Award for Monterey County in 1991. During her career, Culver has also been very involved in community and charity boards throughout Monterey County including serving on: the Carmel Planning Commission; the National Steinbeck Center Board of Directors, Author’s Table; the Salinas Valley Memorial Hospital Foundation Board of Governors; Las Estrella’s de Valle Trail Ride Committee; the Board of Directors for the Monterey College of Law, and as a Charter Board Member of the Monterey County Young Lawyer’s Association. Culver received her Bachelor of Finance degree and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Santa Clara.

Vince Hunt - Chief Technology Officer

Vince Hunt is a founding member of the SHOP.COM team. As chief technology officer, Hunt is responsible for overseeing all areas of engineering, including site operations, content management, analytics and product development. He is credited with overseeing the development and expansion of SHOP.COM's technical platform.

Hunt has more than 20 years of experience in executive and technical positions. Before coming to SHOP.COM, he was vice president of Altura Software and held various technical roles for Apple, Touch Communications, Inc., and IBM, amongst others. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from University of California, Santa Cruz.

John Pincott - Executive Vice President and Managing Director of European Operations

John Pincott has more than 16 years of International business experience within the remote shopping industry. He joined the company in 1999 as vice president of European operations responsible for the launch and development of the business in the UK. He now heads up all International activities.

Previously, Pincott was a partner for 10 years at Sterling Marketing Ltd. (London), one of Europe's leading home shopping management companies, where he worked with US and European catalog companies forging their International expansion (Lands' End, JCPenney, Boden, Charles Tyrwhitt, and others). He was also managing director of a Sterling spin-off business called Brompton Direct, which owned the women's fashion catalog JAKE. Pincott also worked at American Express in the Card Marketing Division, and was a management consultant in Canada. He holds a BComm degree from Queen's University, Canada, and a Master's in Business degree from INSEAD, an International Business School based in France/Singapore.

Mondy Beller - Senior Vice President of Marketing

Mondy Beller joined SHOP.COM in early 2007 as senior vice president of marketing responsible for all aspects of the company's consumer marketing strategy, from site design and customer experience to external communication and promotion.

Previously, Beller was a vice president of marketing at JupiterImages, a division of JupiterMedia, where she managed a global team and developed multi-channel marketing programs. Prior to JupiterImages, Beller was vice president of marketing for Shoes.com, where she established and managed the company's online marketing department. At Ticketmaster Online-CitySearch, Beller launched and managed the company's online music and entertainment store. Early in her career, Beller contributed to the interface design and merchandising strategy for the Shopping Channel at America Online. She began her career at Macy's in New York and later worked at Ralph Lauren Polo. Beller earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia.

Karen Casella - Vice President of Engineering

With more than 25 years of experience in engineering and software development leadership, Karen Casella joined SHOP.COM in 2005 as vice president of site development and is now the vice president of engineering, responsible for all aspects of software development, quality assurance and worldwide site operations. Under her leadership, the engineering team delivers world-class online shopping solutions based on SHOP.COM's patented OneCart® technology platform.

Prior to joining SHOP.COM, Casella served as director of Application Architecture at eBay, Inc. During her 11-year tenure with Sun Microsystems, Casella was instrumental in driving the company's e-commerce solutions and evolving its web services technology solutions. A well-respected technologist, Casella has published several articles and papers in the areas of Network Security, Web Services and e-commerce technologies, is a frequent speaker at industry events, and holds a patent for a distributed object caching solution. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Drew Green - Vice President Sales and Business Development

Drew Green joined SHOP.COM as the vice president of sales and merchant operations in 2005 bringing more than a decade of sales, marketing and sales management experience to his role. Currently Green is responsible for SHOP.COM's CPO, CPC and CPM media programs and all partner operations and development, playing a key role in business strategy, revenue growth and strategic partnership negotiations.

Green formerly served as vice president of sales at DoubleClick, a leading provider of online marketing solutions, where he was responsible for the East coast sales teams, as well as the retail and catalog vertical sales teams. Prior to DoubleClick, Green managed the Canadian business for Flonetwork, an e-mail solutions provider. He also held positions at Grey Canada and Grey Interactive earlier in his career. Green has extensive experience advising media and technology companies including Verified Person, Savvica Inc, LeanHub, and CPC Productions. In 2005, Green served as executive producer of the first Canadian Poker Championship. He received his bachelor's degree from York University in Toronto, Canada.
