• Automatic Rebates are received by the customer as credits to the charge card associated with the order after the product has been shipped. In some circumstances, customers may receive an automatic REBATE CHECK (versus a credit to the card) from SHOP.COM via first-class mail in approximately 6-8 weeks
• Automatic rebate recipients (of credit amount) agree that if their purchase is returned or cancelled, the rebate credit to the charge card may be reversed or adjusted.
• Automatic Rebates, while automatic, are not instantaneous. Automatic Rebates may not appear on the billing statement for up to forty-five (45) days. Customers purchasing with a card other than VISA, MasterCard or American Express may receive an automatic REBATE CHECK (versus a credit to the card) from SHOP.COM via first-class mail in approximately 6-8 weeks.
