Returns
Please follow these steps to return an item for a refund:

1. Complete our return form found on the back of your invoice and enclose it with your package (please indicate the proper return code).
2. Securely package the item(s) to be returned.
3. Remove the return label from your invoice form and secure it to your package.
4. Return your package using the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a carrier that provides a package tracking number.

Please Note:

· Shipping charges are not reimbursed.
· All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and include all pieces. Any return received used, with missing items or without original packaging will not be credited.
· All returns will be credited to the original form of payment.
· If you are receiving a credit card refund, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear.
· Please return merchandise within 30 days of receipt to ensure proper credit.

The following items can only be returned if they are in their unopened, factory-sealed packaging. Items must have not been worn, used or altered in any way.

· Video Tapes / DVD’s / CD’s
· Eyelashes
· Other Cosmetics

Exchanges

Exchanges cannot be handled through the mail at this time. If you’d like to make an exchange, call us at 1-800-424-7843. A Customer Care representative will be happy to help you with your order.
