About Rag & Bone

Founded in 2002 by Marcus Wainwright and David Neville in Kentucky, Rag & Bone began with a team of craftsmen and founders ready to learn the fashion industry. The team members had been making patterns, cutting fabric and sewing their entire lives and wanted to expand the skill to the world of denim jeans.

The brand launched its Rag & Bone men's collection in the spring of 2004 and its Rag & Bone women's collection in the Fall of 2005. With the Fall Winter 2007 season, Rag & Bone added Rag & Bone accessories, such as Rag & Bone footwear, to both of their lines, adding a touch of style and distinction to their tailored looks. A strong British tailoring influence makes each piece of clothing classic, yet modern, using classic construction, high quality fabrics, and a perfect fit for a handmade feel.

Available at high-end boutiques and exclusive department stores worldwide, with flagship stores in New York, Rag & Bone shirts, Rag & Bone jeans, shoes, Rag & Bone dresses, slacks, jackets, coats and boots are offered for men and women. Fashionable, yet comfortable, the collections abound in many styles of clothing for every season and occasion.
