Orders placed before 12 noon EST Monday - Thursday typically ship the same day. The first business day of the 3-5 day shipping is considered the day after the package ships. Some orders to Washington state may take up to 6 business days. Orders can take up to 3 business days to ship (plus actual delivery time). All packages will be left at the door if no one is available to receive them. Gourmet Food Store is not responsible for products that spoiled because they were sent back to the freight location or left at the recipient's door, or products that were lost or misplaced when left the recipient's door.
All packages will be left at the customers doorstep and not require a signature. Customer must be available at the shipping address to receive the package when it arrives, otherwise, perishable items may spoil at customer's expense.
Next Day service orders ship out Monday through Thursday. If you require Saturday delivery, please call our customer service department at 877-591-8008.
Orders for pre-order butters and cheeses will take approximately 2-3 weeks.
