Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not happy for any reason with the gift you selected, please call customer service to get a return authorization number within one week of gift receipt. The gift must either be unopened or if opened, the individual components must be sealed/unopened and in sellable condition. We will credit the originally charged credit card for 100% of the purchase price plus applicable taxes. Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable. If you are unhappy with an individual perishable food component, please call customer service.
