Easy Returns
We make returns easy; simply return your order within 90 days.
We'll refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Items which are marked "Special Order" or "Final Sale" or “Closeout” are non-returnable.
All cut fabric and yard goods are non-returnable. All Furniture, Beds and Lighting Fixtures are subject to a 25% restocking fee & must be returned in their original packaging. All items must be returned in there original packaging including; documentation, warranty cards, manuals, all accessories, and security seal, shrink wrap for sheets, shower curtains, and toilet seats. We cannot accept returns of merchandise that are used, laundered, or soiled. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer.
Items under manufacturer warranty must be returned to or exchanged with the manufacturer.
Do not return any orders to the vendor or manufacturer. Any returned order sent to another location will be subject to an additional fee. All returns must be sent back to:

If Shipped via Truck Freight or White Glove
Even if the package appears only slightly damaged, write "Package Damaged" when you sign for delivery. This is VERY important.
If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery of the package. The damaged package will be returned to us and we will send you a new one. If you refuse delivery, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment.
If you have already accepted the package and find that parts are missing or damaged, please contact us right away and we will ship you the replacement parts free of charge. If we cannot replace the parts, we will have the carrier pick up the package and we will send you a replacement. All returned products should be in the original packaging.
