Return Policy Below you will find answers to your questions regarding how to exchange or return an order placed with us. Our Returns Department will evaluate and if warranted issue a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). All returns must be made within 30 days from date of purchase. Exchange An Order: If we determine an exchange is appropriate we will do so for another item of equal value, provided that you pay all shipping costs incurred during the exchange. If you require an item of greater value, additional charges will apply. If there is a problem with your order due to a mis-shipment, please let us know and we will issue an RMA and arrange for a reshipment or cross-shipment. Defective items can only be exchanged for the same item and not entitled for a refund. If an item is damaged we must be notified immediately within 24 hours from receipt of shipment. Due to the event-related seasonal nature of costumes and sanitary and health reasons, they are not exchangeable or returnable. Return An Order: All authorized, inspected and approved returns are subject to a 25% product restocking fee. A store credit may also be issued for subsequent orders. Undeliverable Orders: Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to a product restocking fee of 25%, plus incurred shipping costs both ways. A $25 administrative fee may also be warranted. Order Cancellation: Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be cancelled. If the item(s) is on backorder and unable to ship, you may cancel the order by calling the customer service department only while the order is still on backorder status. Emails will not be accepted as a form of cancellation. |
