Prior to making any purchases we suggest that you ask any questions you might have regarding your order or item interested in. Within 30 days, in the event that you are dissadisfied with the product purchased, you may return it to us for a refund (less all shipping & handling fees and a 30% manufacturer restocking fee). If your product was discovered to be damaged and/ or defective, please follow the manufacturer's return & replacement policy instructions. If the product(s) is/are damaged during freight, you should not accept it and report the damage to the freight courier for proper returns. All returns must be in original packaging and include all originally packaged items. Before returns will be accepted, please write orders@kidsinkstore.com for a Return Authorization code Number.
