If you wish to cancel an order that has not shipped, please call us at 858-793-7645 to be sure that the cancellation is made prior to shipping.
If you wish to return an item or cancel an order after the order has been processed and sent to supplier for shipping, Please be sure to contact us for return instructions and return authorization prior to returning an item. No returns are permitted for perishable items. All returns must be returned to Winning Gifts within 7 days of receipt of original shipment, and must be in brand new, mint condition. Items must be returned in their original, unopened, manufacturers box and packaging with all original packaging, accessories and materials in new, mint condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return, or to charge a restocking fee for returns that do not meet these specifications. |
