Please return neatly folded merchandise via First Class or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation to: RocketWear 101 W 57th St Ste 15D New York, NY 10019. We will either exchange the item or give you a credit or refund, excluding shipping/handling. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges if the products have been used. Please note that store credits cannot be processed until we have received your returned merchandise. Postage for shipment of returns is the responsibility of the customer. In the case of credit card refunds it may take a full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. Gift Merchandise If you received RocketWearŽ as a gift, we can either exchange the item or give you a store credit. Holiday gifts may be exchanged up to January 7, 2007. RocketWearŽ is not responsible for refunds or replacement shipments on orders where the shipment tracking confirms delivery. If your shipment tracking number confirms delivery but you have not received your package, please contact your carrier. |
