Pros: Machine does look clean and feels solidly built....
Cons: Overall quality is non-existant. Does a poor job of washing clothes. Very expensive to fix!!!
The Bottom Line: You work hard for your money. Until Whirlpool returns to the basics of building quality units that are durable and reliable, stay away from their products.
