Return Policy

Can I return an item?
You may return an item. Please be aware of the following stipulations regarding all returns:
- Merchandise must be in new, unused condition with all tags and paperwork still attached.
- All returns require a return authorization number. Any returns sent back without a return authorization number are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any unused merchandise in unassembled, original condition (and in their original boxes or packages) with warranty cards unfilled, may be returned for exchange or refund within 15 days of receipt of the merchandise and must be must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of your item(s).
- All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to ALL returns or exchanges of PET CARRIERS. Due to strict health regulations, once you place your pet into the pet carrier it is not returnable or exchangeable.
- Returns must be received by us within 15 days of your receipt in unused condition, and reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the item. Please consider the sizing carefully by measuring and weighing your pet, and reading our sizing parameters closely.
- Any item personalized with your pet's name is not returnable.
How do I obtain a Return Authorization and Return Instructions?
Please contact us to obtain a return authorization number and return instructions. A special return address must be used in order for your return to be accepted. Do NOT return the item to the sending address. We have special returns processing units, and we will supply you with the proper return address at the time you inform us of your need to return.
Cancellations
- Can I cancel my order?
  
  For custom made items:
  - Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of having placed the order, otherwise no cancellations.
  - If your order has been built or begun being built, but not shipped, at time of cancellation there is a 15% cancellation fee
  - If your order has been built, packaged and shipped at time of cancellation there is a 15% cancellation fee plus 2-way shipping
  For regular items:
  - Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of having placed the order, otherwise no cancellations.
  - If your has not shipped, at time of cancellation there is a 15% cancellation fee
  - If your order has been shipped at time of cancellation there is a 15% cancellation fee plus 2-way shipping
  Please keep in mind that in many cases we ship more quickly than the stated item timelines.

The Home Sweet Dome 5 Level Rustic Cat Tree is a great way to provide your indoor cat a taste of the outdoors! Easy to climb, and the perfect perch for nature-watching or afternoon cat naps. Crafted with attention-to-detail, heavy-duty construction, and quality carpet, this gorgeous piece is safe for climbing, with staggered-stair step placement of levels, and sturdy enough for Maine Coons and active kittens.

Features of this rustic tree include:

5 levels
3 sleep cradles
2 round platforms
1 dome
Approximate size: 24x24

Approximate Height will be between 60 - 72 inches

PLEASE NOTE: The piece pictured is a custom made EXTRA WIDE model. The model that you received will not be quite so wide. Its branches will extend within only the 24x24 base area. If you would like the extra wide version, shipping costs will be higher. Please contact us for an estimate.

Each rustic cat tree is handmade by a skilled craftsman, so the photograph is REPRESENTATIVE of the specific style. Your unit will not look exactly like the one shown, but will be close to its measurements and style. Your piece will contain the components as pictured, but their placement will be determined based on the branches being used. HEIGHT may vary slightly.

If you choose optional Sisal rope, our artisan will place the rope on one or more legs, as appropriate to the design of your specific piece.
