Customers must obtain a valid Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 15 days from delivery date, and ship the item back to us within 30 days from RMA number is generated.
Contact our customer service team via email to firstname.lastname@example.org to receive an RMA number, in order to ensure proper handling of the return and/or replacment/refund. Products cannot be returned without a valid RMA number.
For Warranty information, DOA, merchandise Damaged or Lost in Transit, or Order Cancellations, please email us at email@example.com. In an event where there is an error regarding a price error or description we will notify you ASAP. In this event there will be no obligation to proceed with the purchase. Any amount charged to the customer will be 100% refunded.
In order to be eligible for a full refund, less shipping expenses, your returned merchandise must be in its original unopened mint condition, as shipped, with all packaging, manuals, and paperwork intact and unaltered.
Buyer must read item descriptions carefully about compatibility, and must contact us first for any problem with the product received. We will either provide technical support or issue a RMA number for return.
The issuance of RMA# does not guarantee final disposition, as all returns are subject to our inspection.
