All returns require previous communication with ShoppersChoice.com and a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. Please do not simply ship items back. If an item is damaged upon arrival, or if we sent the wrong item, we will pay for the return shipping, and we will get the correct item to you at no extra cost. 		"Ordered a pair of boots. After about a week of not hearing anything I emailed, and found out that they were not in stock and it would be 2-3 weeks before they would get shipped. So I called them the following day and had a different pair sent. After almost another week of not hearing, i emailed again, and they responded the next business day saying they were shipped and sent me an order number and everything. Customer service was good only in the sense that they were compelled in to action when I called and that is greatly appreciated. However if there is an issue with your order, they will not catch it upfront. They also don't show items (at least not all of them) that are out of stock on the website. Had I not contacted them, I would have never known that my boots were not going to be on time." Date: 1/12/11
