Our policies are contingent upon the status of your order at time of cancellation or return. Confirmation Once an order is placed, the purchaser receives an email confirmation letter. This critical stage is to ensure that all order information is correct (spelling of shareholder name, address, city, and other details). The purchaser will have one (1) business day to respond and make corrections. If the purchaser does not respond, it is assumed that all order information is correct.
During this stage, the Purchaser can cancel the order and receive and a full refund. Only the Purchaser (and not the shareholder) may cancel the order.
Registration The registration stage is the most critical stage in the OneShare.com ordering process. Here, the Recipient is registered as a shareholder of the company whose stock the Purchaser selected.
During this stage, the market value of the security and the $39.00 "One Share Fee" are non-refundable. This is due to the nature of underlying securities. If a frame or the My First Stock® package was purchased, all costs aside from the market value of the security and $39.00 "One Share Fee" can be refunded to the Purchaser if requested. The shareholder may not cancel an order if different from the Purchaser.
We will unconditionally accept the return of a frame for refund of frame cost or for replacement due to manufacturing defect or shipping damage for the first 15 days after delivery. Any partial refunds will be credited towards the Purchaser if requested. Refunds cannot be credited towards the shareholder if the shareholder is different than the Purchaser.
If the order is requested to be returned and cancelled, the market value of the security and the $39.00 "One Share Fee"™ are non-refundable during this stage due to the nature of underlying securities.
If the stock certificate is being returned due to shipping damage, we will fully reprint and reship the certificate to the Recipient at no charge.
If the stock certificate is being returned due to a misspelling of Recipient information, we will reprint and re-register the certificate at an additional fee of $39.00. We will accept this payment from either party. (It is highly recommended that both parties review the email confirmation letter to avoid shareholder misspellings).

If an item is being returned due to shipping damage, OneShare.com Customer Service will issue a "call-tag" from FedEx. Items shipped to domestic addresses will be retrieved within three (3) to five (5) business days. Contact Customer Service for the return of items shipped outside of the Continental US.
For all other returns, simply indicate the reason for your return, include the original packing slip, and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use FedEx or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. Address your return to:
