Can I choose which entrees I want to receive?
Yes. You can update your food choices online as often as you like.
- In order to make the Tuesday delivery, you must choose food by 5PM the Friday before
- In order to make the Friday delivery, you must choose food by 5PM the Monday before
If you do not select any food, Simply Delivered will select it for you.
- This is done by choosing the most popular options.
How often is each plan delivered?
Delivery days are on Tuesdays & Fridays
- Fresh Frozen ($19.99/day)Delivered once every 2 weeks. Can choose delivery date of either Tuesday or Friday.
- Fresh Option ($29.99/day)Delivered once every week. Can choose to delivery date of either Tuesday or Friday.
- Fresh Option with Snack($39.99/day)Delivered twice a week. Once on Tuesday, once Friday.
What if I have allergies or food preferences?
You are able to indicate any allergies or preferences when selecting your food.
If I pay today, how long am I committing for?
- Fresh Frozen ($19.99/day) = 24 day commitment
- Fresh Option ($29.99/day) = 30 day commitment
- Fresh Option with Snack($39.99/day) = 30 day commitment
Can I cancel at any time?
You can cancel your meal plan at any time. You will be refunded any unused meals. If you have Tuesday deliveries, you must cancel by 5PM the Friday before. If you have Friday deliveries, you must cancel by 5PM the Monday before.There is a $39.99 cancellation fee.
What if I want to renew my Meal Plan?
All meal plans are set to auto renew at the conclusion of each subscription. If you have specific questions about your meal plan, or would like to make changes, please contact us by phone 1-888-976-3438 or email health@tlssimplydelivered.com.
